Shipping policy

The standard dispatch time for any order will be 3 to 5 business days. Sundays and National Holidays are not counted as business days.

We offer SHIPPING BASED ON ACTUAL PRICING charged by courier/shipping agencies. The product delivery may take anything between 4 to 15 days depending on the place and the mode of transportations.

Oswal Kitchen Mart does not take any responsibility for any delay in the delivery of any product in case of wrong or inadequate address , if the buyer cannot be reached on the contact number provided at the time of placing the order. Any delay in the delivery due to any unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances by the courier company has to be understood by the buyer.
