Refund policy

ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Original tags and invoices should be intact.


For Returns/Exchange, kindly notify us within the first 24 hours after the receipt of the merchandise by writing to us at oswalkitchenmart@gmail.com. You can also drop in a message on our whatsapp number +91-9148277854 with images of the same.


No Returns / Exchanges will be accepted if it is not notified to us within the stipulated time period.


Refund Amount: Oswal Kitchen Mart does not provide monetary refunds. Instead a Oswal Kitchen Mart credit note will be provided of the same amount.


  • Credit note offered will be valid only for 1 YEAR from the date of issue.
  • Once we have received the products, a quality check will be done by our team. If found ok we will process the refund or exchange.
  • The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  • Products bought during sale are non-refundable.
  • Oswal Kitchen Mart reserves the right to deny the refund in case the appearance of the product is different to the received images. 


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped.
  • If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
  • If in case you want to return the products, the shipping, customs or any other additional charges will have to be borne by you. Once we have received the products a quality check will be done by our team. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you courier it back to us.
  • The amount refunded to you will be only for the products. Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • If you receive any defective product, do contact us immediately by mailing us at oswalkitchenmart@gmail.com with your Order ID  and a snapshot of the defect. Credit note will be provided of the same amount as the product.
  • We do not have an exchange policy for international customers.
